Cancellations 

You have the right to cancel or amend any order before the time of dispatch and receive a full refund. However, if you need to cancel, amend or return your order after the time of dispatch, please read the below.

Returns


We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges


We will only exchange items if they arrive faulty, defective or damaged. As mentioned above, please inspect your order upon receptions and contact us if there are any issues.

 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Shipping


If you apply for any of the above, please contact us via email support@pklcards.com or live chat before shipping back the order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  PKL Cards Ltd can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by delayed/lost/misrouted orders.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
